Embroidery Charges: (Billed Separately)

Artwork Policies

Personal Dimensions ® wants your promotional products to look the best that they can. Artwork is the key to our success. We can accept many file formats depending on what type of work you would like done.

1) Embroidery -- We can accept .jpg, .gif, .png, .tiff, .ai, .eps file formats. As long as we receive your artwork via one of these formats, there will be no additional artwork charges.

2) Screen Printing/ Pad Printing / Debossing -- We must have vector artwork. We currently accept Illustrator 9.0 files and below. These are .eps or .ai files. We can also accept Corel Draw or Free Hand files too.

Please note that by importing another file into Illustrator and saving it as an .eps or .ai file does not make it vector artwork.

If you can not provide us with the above file types, we can convert your existing artwork for you for a nominal fee.

For simple conversion of a logo from an email, fax, or business card we charge a flat $30.00 fee. Allow 2 business days. Simple logos look like this:

For logos with many elements in them, we charge $80.00 flat rate. Allow 2 working days. Logos in this category look like:

For logos with complex designs like "four color process", images with many colors gradient & separations, we charge $150.00 flat rate. Allow 5 working days. Logos in this category look like:
 

We have 2 graphic artists on staff that can create your artwork from scratch. They can either suggest ideas for your event or recreate an original idea that you provide. The more specific you are, the quicker the artwork can be rendered. We charge $45.00 hour with a 1 hour minimum. After the first hour, we bill in 15 minute increments.
